Dr. Lee M. Mandel, MD, FACS

Dr. Lee M. Mandel, MD, FACS, is an experienced Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.

He is the founder of the South Florida Sinus and Allergy Center, is a sought after instructor and lecturer for minimally invasive surgical techniques, and is one of the first physicians certified to perform a Balloon Sinuplasty for the treatment of sinus disorders.

Dr. Mandel has earned numerous awards and distinctions, and is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including: membership on the Young Physicians Committee of American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Head and Neck Trauma Committee delegate at Memorial Regional Hospital, Chief of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Park Creek Surgery Center, Chief of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Weston Outpatient Surgery Center, Official Sinus and Allergy Specialist and Official Facial Reconstructive Surgeon for the Florida Panthers’ NHL hockey team, in addition to being the Official Professional Voice Consultant for the BankAtlantic Center.

Dr. Mandel graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida, with acceptance into Phi Beta Kappa his junior year. Dr. Mandel also graduated top five in his medical school class, being accepted into Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society a year early, and being named as president of the organization.  Dr. Mandel completed his residency training at the renowned Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Dr. David Lehman

Dr. David Lehman is Senior Medical Director for EMA Otolaryngology. Dr. Lehman completed his undergraduate studies at Yale University in 1995. After spending a year as a research diver for the University of Miami, he entered medical school at the University of Florida, graduating as co-valedictorian in 2000. He then returned to his hometown of Miami to enter residency at University of Miami – Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Lehman has been a partner at Palm Beach Ear, Nose, and Throat Association since 2005, practicing as a general otolaryngologist – head and neck surgeon. His main practice interests lie in the field of head and neck surgery, specializing in surgery of the thyroid and parathyroid glands, and advanced skin cancers of the head and neck, including melanoma. He also has an interest in advanced endoscopic sinus surgery techniques, and is one of a small number of surgeons in Florida regularly performing endoscopic orbital decompression surgery for Graves’ eye disease.

Dr. Lehman has served as the Chief of Surgery at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, from 2008 – 2010, and remains very active in hospital practice.

Todd is the Chief Executive Officer of Ear, Nose and Throat Associates of South Florida (ENTSF), a 42 physician single specialty otolaryngology practice with 25 office locations and 275 employees.   He joined the practice in 1999 and focuses on physician recruitment and retention, mergers and acquisitions, finance, managed care contracting, and marketing of the organization.

Todd served on the Board of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators for 7 years and served as its President from 2010 – 2011. 

He is currently on the Board of the Florida Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the Network of Florida Otolaryngologists.  Todd is an adjunct professor in the Health Administration program at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Todd has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University, a Master of Health Administration and Business Administration from Georgia State University and should receive his Ph.D. in Health Services in 2017.
