Sinonasal polyps

Sinonasal polyps are caused by a multitude of factors. The most common causes are repeated bouts of sinusitis, allergy, vasomotor rhinitis, infectious rhinosinusitis, and asthma. Less often, they occur in association with diabetes mellitus, cystic fibrosis, and aspirin intolerance.
