Endoscopic view of cystic fibrosis with nasal polyposis

A 25-year-old man with cystic fibrosis (CF) presented with a complaint of increasing nasal congestion. He denied headaches, rhinorrhea, and epistaxis, and he had no history of sinus problems. Of note was the fact that his two siblings had cystic fibrosis, and both had required sinus surgery in the past.
