Each July, prior to the Academy Meeting, ENT Journal reviews its experience with resident members of the editorial board. The novel idea of including resident members was discussed in two previous editorials.1,2 For convenience and emphasis, some of the considerations and concerns that led to this experiment will be reiterated here. We continue to be pleased with the performance of resident members of the editorial board, and we have expanded the program; but we are looking actively for ways to improve the experience for all concerned.
