Abstract. Multiple myeloma, which primarily affects the elderly, is rare in the head and neck. We report the case of a 71-year-old man who came to us with hoarseness, dysphagia, intermittent aspiration, and cervical lymphadenopathy. Our work-up included laboratory tests, radiographic examinations, analysis of bone marrow aspiration, and histopathologic evaluations. Cervical lymph node biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of multiple myeloma.
