Cervicothoracic malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor

A 54-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of progressive syncopal episodes and right neck swelling. Physical examination revealed a large, firm, nontender, nonpulsatile right cervical mass and a right carotid pulse to the contra-lateral side. The mass had displaced the trachea.
