Pediatric Otolaryngology Clinic
We evaluated a 5-month-old girl who had been born at 27 weeks of gestation. During her neonatal period, she had experienced chronic lung disease that necessitated 3 weeks of endotracheal intubation. At 3 months of age, she developed progressive biphasic stridor. Flexible bronchoscopy performed by the pulmonology service suggested a possible subglottic stenosis. The patient was referred to the otolaryngology clinic.
